I have had the pleasure of working in early childhood education for many years, beginning my journey as a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) in a toddler program. Over time, I moved into a supervisory role and now proudly serve as the Executive Director of Champions Children’s Centre. Interestingly, my career began in high school education, where I taught Chemistry, but my deep love for working with children led me to early childhood education, where I found my true passion.

I am a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) with a passion for creating engaging and supportive learning environments for children. I love helping young minds grow, explore, and develop their unique strengths in a space where they feel safe and valued.

I have always been passionate about working with children. While it can be both challenging and rewarding, the joy of nurturing young minds and watching them grow makes it all worthwhile. As an educator, I strive to create meaningful connections with children, helping them explore and understand the world around them.

I am a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) originally from Bangladesh, a country rich in natural beauty and hospitality. My passion for working with children began in my own childhood, and it inspired me to pursue a career in education. Over the years, I have gained valuable experience working with children of various ages as well as adults.

I have had the wonderful experience of working with all the various age groups at the Champions Childrens Center. I love helping children learn and develop new skills while also building on the ones they already have.

My name is Naznin Syeda, and I’ve had the privilege of working with children for 17 years. I’m deeply passionate about creating an environment where children feel heard and supported, and I make it a priority to stay engaged with them to meet their needs. As a mother of three, I understand the importance of nurturing and guiding young minds.

I am a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) working in the kindergarten program. I graduated from Algonquin College with a diploma in Early Childhood Education in 2025. I am currently working toward a Bachelor of Education and hope to teach professionally in the future. Since 2014, I have been working with children with autism, ADHD, and dyslexia. I have always had a passion for helping others and aim to support children and families by creating a positive learning environment that incorporates their needs, interests, and values. Every day, I look forward to learning and growing as an educator.

My name is Laila Maroof, and I have been in the childcare field for 20 years. Over the years, I have discovered how much I love working with children and helping them learn and grow. Creating a warm, caring place where children feel safe and happy is something I’m very proud of.

I am an Early Childhood Assistant (ECA) with experience supporting children through day camps, babysitting, and volunteering in both daycare and church settings. I currently work in the kindergarten room, focusing on creating a fun, safe, and memorable environment where children feel happy and supported.
